Permission documentation

1. Certificate of admission to certain types of work that affect the safety of capital construction facilities No. P-094-3016058330-3435037185-447 issued to a member of the Self-Regulating Organization (SRO) of the Association of Guild of Designers of the Astrakhan Oblast, which prepares project documentation.

2. Certificates of compliance with respect to engineering and technical design, in the oil industry, reconstruction and overhaul of capital construction facilities, oilfield services, remediation of contaminated and disturbed lands, geophysical studies to international standards:

- ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system;

- ISO 14001: 2004 environmental management system;

- OHSAS18001: 2007 management system in the field of occupational safety and labor protection;

- GAZPROMSERT system of voluntary certification on compliance with the industry standard STO Gazprom 9001-2012.

Experience

To date, “Octopus”JSC has more than 50 patents for inventions and utility models.

The works were carried out for such customers as: Yamburggazdobycha LLC, Nadymgazprom LLC, Volgogradtransgaz LLC, other enterprises of Gazprom PJSC (in Urengoi, Astrakhan, Tomsk, Kuban, Kamchatka) and Transneft enterprises (Samara and Volgograd branches), Sakhalin-2 oil and gas company Sakhalin-2.

At present, «Octopus»JSC is a contractor of “Gazprom dobycha Astrakhan” LLC, “Gazprom podzemremont Orenburg” LLC, “Gazprom bureniye” LLC, “Gazprom dobychaNoyabrsk” LLC in the following areas: lay-out of design documentationfor the construction, abandonment, technical re-equipment of operational wells, as well as the abandonment of the emergency well of AstrakhanGCFby  construction of an inclined-directed technological well (with the development of the technology of search and docking of the trunks), the performance of work on the repair of industrial pipe-lines, the provision of engineering and technical support services, the provision of services for the supply of fishing and milling equipment, and much more.

"Octopus" JSC has a successful experience in the development of projects for wells construction for production fields with a content of more than 6% of hydrogen sulfide in the extracted fluid.

During the implementation of activities for the development of design documentation"Octopus" JSC prepared 50 projects, of which:

- well construction projects - 16 (wells Nos. 87, 532, 603, 613, 628, 705, 710, 725, 841, 844, 2062, 2223, 4438, 6611, 9917).

- well abandonmentprojects - 31 (wells Nos. 7, 26, 55A, 56, 64, 67, 70, 76, 80, 82, 86, 90, 91, 95, 97, 100, 103, 109, 190, 206, 217, 223, 253, 257, 304, 407, 431, 450, 616, 917, 938).

- well modernization projects - 13 (wells Nos. 1F, 20, 65D, 89, 101, 110, 117, 120, 205, 224, 715, 717, 908).
