M/s Octomax technologies participated in the International geophysical exhibition in India

On February 23-25, 2020, Octomax technologies (Joint venture with the participation of Octopus JSC) participated in the International geophysical exhibition in Kochi, state of Kerala, India, which is held under the patronage of ONGC, the largest national Oil and Gas Corporation of India. The exhibition traditionally attracts major national players such as ONGC and Oil of India, as well as large oil and service companies such as Halliburton, Schlumberger, Emerson, etc. Octomax presented information about ongoing projects in India and new technologies that are planned to be presented in the Indian market of oil and gas technologies. During the geophysical exhibition in Kochi there were also held meetings with potential customers in order to expand the range of technologies presented in India. "The statements made by representatives of the Directrorate General of Hydrocarbons (DGH) at sessions revealed an interesting fact for us. In their opinion, India is aimed at increasing the development and production of hydrocarbons within the country with a gradual decrease in the share of import. This means that the market of oil and gas technologies, including the field of geological exploration, has a great potential. A wide field for mutually beneficial cooperation opens up before us," - Dmitry Ponomarenko, General Director of Octopus JSC, summed up the work at the exhibition.
