Russian oil and gas companies have extensive experience in the development and operation of fields with complicated background and logistics. They can compete in Mexico's oil and gas market with both local companies and TNCs. And they have real prospects for the development of mutually beneficial cooperation in the production and processing of Mexican hydrocarbons. But commercial success will not come immediately. It takes a long and hard work.
