Our Quality Policy was developed taking into account the mission and strategic goals of “Gazprom” PJSC, andis based on implementation of the international, national and industry standards, norms and rulesthat regulate the quality and safety requirements for execution of works at customer sites in accordance with the requirements of state control bodies and supervision and consumers’ expectations.
To increase the satisfaction of consumers of our services, the company has developed and implemented a quality management system(QMS) meeting the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 and STO GAZPROM 9001-2012 standards.
The tasks and obligations of the management of "Octopus" JSC in the field of quality:
- to satisfy customers’ requirements and analyze their level of satisfaction with the services of "Octopus" JSC;
- to meet the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 and STO GAZPROM9001-2012 and constantly increase the effectiveness of the current QMS;
- to continuously improve the infrastructure and business environment;
- maintain the required staff competence.
