Octopus invites you to take part in the public discussion of the materials of the preliminary environmental impact assessment

On June 19, 2023, a public discussion of preliminary environmental impact assessment materials for the facility will take place in the Astrakhan Region: "Connecting additional wells to the existing capacities of the I and II stages of the Astrakhan gas Condensate field. Adjustment (Connection of the gas production well No. 1082 UPG-1 of the Astrakhan GKM))". The developer of the EIA materials is JSC "Octopus". "A closed technology of extraction, preparation and transportation of reservoir gas at the gas processing plant has been applied at the Astrakhan Gas Processing Plant. Production of reservoir gas is carried out by production wells connected to six gas pretreatment units (UPGS). Wells and USGS are evenly dispersed in the drilled part of the field," said A.V. Neporada, an employee of Octopus JSC. In the documentation submitted for public discussion, the connection of the gas production well No. 1082 UPG-1 of the Astrakhan GKM is considered. The scope of work is determined in accordance with the design assignment approved by the General Director of Gazprom Dobycha Astrakhan LLC Melnichenko A.V. on February 26, 2022. The planned dates for public discussions are 30.05.2023–29.06.2023, the day of public hearings is 19.06.2023. A link to join the conference will be posted from 09-00 on 06/19/2023 on the website of Octopus JSC https://octopusgaz.ru . The start time of registration of participants is 10-00, the end time of registration of participants is 10-15.
