Local-gap opening of productive horizons, major repairs and well abandonment with hydro-sandblast perforation
Authors: D.V. Ponomarenko, V.A. Fatikhov, S.R. Zhuravlev. Local-slit opening of productive horizon in wells with hydrostatic pressure of abnormally high pore pressure or abnormally low pore pressure is a method of hydro-sandblast perforation, but according to the new technology with special perforators and nozzles on water or special solutions with simultaneous generation of wave energy that promotes intensive destruction of the rock and activation of the bottomhole zone of the well. You can read about the unique tests of this method in the article.

Efficiency of using natural sorbents for detoxification of soils contaminated with salts of heavy metals and petroleum products
Authors: D.V. Ponomarenko, L.V. Malinovskaya, S.N. Perevalov, V.G. Yaschenko, A.A. Ivleva. The article summarizes the results of monitoring studies of the soil and vegetation cover of the land areas of the abandoned wells located in the gas condensate fields of the Astrakhan region. The dynamics of the pollutantscontent in soil is shown before and after the works on chemical reclamationof contaminated land. The estimation of biological and economic efficiency of complex technology developed by "Octopus" JSC for cleaning soil from salts of heavy metals, oil products and other chemical pollutants is given.

Analysis of the efficiency of the radionuclide used in the wells of AGCF
Authors: Biryaltsev E.V., Belyaev S.N., Ignatova N.M., Sunshalieva A.E., Tinakina L.V. Taking into account the features of the AGCFwells due to the complexity of the geological and technical conditions, as well as the unique composition of the obtained formation mixture (28% hydrogen sulfide and 20% carbon dioxide), an effective monitoring of the well integrity and the caving area is necessary. Conventional methods of exploration of wells have a small range of action and are, in their majority, low-sensitive to low-intensive casing filtration of fluids, therefore radioactive indicators are used in the monitoring process. The analysis of the effectiveness of the radionuclide Cesium-137, which determines the location of sources of intercasing pressure (ICP). Recommendations are given for its further use.

Relevant Technologies and Methods of Neutralization of Drilling Waste
Authors: Perevalov S.N., Ivleva A.A. This article provides an overview of existing technologies and methods for neutralizing drilling wastes. Drilling waste is a significant hazard to the environment due to the highly toxic elements that make up its composition. To date, there is no universal method for neutralizing drilling waste, which would meet all environmental requirements. Each gas and oil producing company chooses a recycling method based on the variety of factors, combining existing ones and developing new technologies for neutralizing drilling waste. Using the Astrakhan GCF as an example, an analysis and selection of a method of disposal of drilling waste, suitable for the conditions of the region, was carried out.

Ecologically safe and cost-effective way of neutralizing highly mineralized drilling wastes
Authors: S.N. Perevalov, L.V. Malinovskaya. The article gives a brief description of the method developed by the specialists of "Octopus" JSCfor neutralizing highly mineralized drilling wastes. A comparative analysis of the chemical composition of the initial drilling wastes selected at one of the wells of the Astrakhan GCF and the product of their processing is given. The effectiveness of the developed technology for cleaning of the drilling waste from salts of heavy metals, oil products, anionic surface active agents and other pollutants is evaluated, and its advantages in comparison with analogues are shown. The article was published in the journal "Environmental Protection in the Oil and Gas Complex", No. 2, 2014.

Experience in the creation of fluid insulating screens and capsduring the well abandonment in the Astrakhan GCF.
Authors: S.N. Belyaev, G.Y. Lobachev, Т.S. Rodionovskaya In the amendments to the "Safety Rules for the Oil and Gas Industry" approved by the order of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision No. 101 dated March 12, 2013, one of the main requirements for the well abandonment is the creation of fluid-proof caps and screens. For the past decade, AGCF carried out well abandonment using the cutting of part of the columns and installation of caps. The article briefly reflects the experience of these works. The article was published in the International Scientific and Research Journal No. 8 (39), part 3, 2015.
